At Aaraish , customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

🚫 Items not eligible for return:

  • Personal care / health products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products bought on sale or at discounted prices (unless damaged or defective)


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Your order number

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified about approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

💳 Refund Method:

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be sent back to the original payment method


Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), Aaraish will cover shipping costs
